Taylor Swift And Boyfriend Joe Alwyn’s Relationship Timeline: Their real world romance
Taylor Swift has kept her relationship with actor Joe Alwyn firmly out of the spotlight, but the couple seem seriously loved up.
Taylor Swift's eighth studio album, 'Folklore', is filled with romantic storytelling and emotional lyrics mostly assumed to be about boyfriend Joe Alwyn, marking the beginning of her grown-up new chapter following years of dropping 'easter eggs' altogether of her songs.
'Cardigan' is simply one song fans reckon may be a billet doux to Joe, but it wouldn't be the primary track she's written about their private relationship – which she opened on for the primary time in her Netflix documentary, Miss Americana, at the beginning of 2020.
"I also was falling crazy with someone who had a very wonderfully normal, balanced, grounded life," she revealed.

'William Bowery' may be a credited songwriter on Taylor's 'Folklore' album, and Swifties are adamant it is a pseudonym for Joe after searching the web and finding no traces of a songwriter under such a reputation .
Joe's wikipedia page also says 'he is that the great-grandson of William Alwyn'.
Some of the songs on the new album, including 'Cardigan' and 'Peace' also seem to be a regard to their strong relationship.
Taylor and Joe surprised fans by turning up at the NME Awards on 12 February at the O2 Academy in Brixton, and therefore the couple were everywhere one another as they sat at their table amongst the celebrity guests.
They were also caught on camera sharing a sweet kiss!
When the 'London Boy' singer accepted her award she made it clear she was having a wild time, telling the audience: "This is my first time at the NME Awards, and like, I just desire everyone here is so shy, so reserved. Are you guys having any fun tonight? Are you getting to begin of your shells at all?”
Poking fun at the gang , Taylor added, “Oh, wait no. this is often just like the craziest award show I’ve ever been to.”
Taylor re-ignited rumors she's set to marry her boyfriend after including lyrics in her song 'Lover' which heavily hinted at marriage.
Before her album dropped she shared a photograph from her Vogue cover shoot and within the snap the 29 year old are often seen with a bit of string tied round her finger, with many fans guessing may be a regard to "tying the knot".
She captioned the stunning ballet-inspired image: "My heart’s been borrowed and yours has been blue. All’s well that ends well, to finish up with you”.
Naturally, fans were sent into a frenzy over the cryptic caption, something Taylor only fuelled when she liked a tweet which read: “Wait…….. my heart’s been borrowed and yours has been blue…… something borrowed and something blue…… ma’am.”
And after Taylor appeared on Saturday Night survive Thursday 3 October, she was seen with a sparkling ring on her hand – but it had been her right . Nonetheless, fans were sent into overdrive by the photographs , claiming Taylor had swapped the dazzler to her other hand so as to avoid any speculation.
